Now that its the beggining of december its the perfect month to prepare for the upcoming new year... so that before I set new years resolutions I can start working on them now and just perfect them once january begins... I want to start this new year refreshed and a better person so why not get a head start
so here are some new goals for the month
I plan on really working on my health
-replacing coffee with green tea
-drinking vitamins once a day
-drinking eight cups of water a day
-replacing my meals with more veggies and fruits
-using no heat or product on my hair
-treating my hair with coconut oil
-trimming my ends once a month
-washing and lotioning my face every night and morning
-making sure my nails always look nice
-working out every day
-stretching
-getting enough sleep
I also need to work on the health of my soul so I plan on
-starting everday with God and His word
-learning verses
-reading blogs
-spending more time outside
-praying for others
-not using the computer until before bed
-playing piano an hour a day
-read a book
-drawin/taking pictures/crafts/art
-spending more time with people
-learning to cook/bake
I plan to perfect these all within the new year
But most of my I will learn to live every moment to its full 100 percent amd I will become better with each day, living a Godly fulliling awesome life.
